        Post-Pandemic Engagement Reset: Reinvigorating Relationships and Systems of Support

Dr. Jillian Kinzie, our keynote speaker, is associate director at the Center for Postsecondary Research and the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) Institute at Indiana University Bloomington School of Education. Her recent essay “Tracking Student (Dis) Engagement Through the Pandemic: What Colleges & Universities Can Do to Foster an Engagement Reset” offers insights to supporting today's higher education students. Dr. Kinzie has co-authored many books, including Radical Reimagining for Student Success in Higher Education (2023), Delivering on the Promise of High-Impact Practices: Research and Models for Achieving Equity, Fidelity, Impact, and Scale (2022), Pursuing Quality, Access, and Affordability: A Field Guide to Improving Higher Education (2021), and Using Focus Groups to Listen, Learn, and Lead in Higher Education (2018).  She has consulted with numerous colleges and universities on using engagement data to facilitate student success. We are honored to have Dr. Kinzie as our keynote speaker!
